Description

As a Graduate at HP South Africa, you will be exposed to roles across Sales, having the opportunity to gain a clear strategic vision of the printing and computing markets. You will be an active member of the South-Central Africa Commercial Organization team, helping our customers and partners to take their business to the next level with the HP portfolio (Printing and Personal Systems products, Services and Solutions).

Responsibilities

• Assist the South-Central Africa Commercial Sales team in delivering HP’s go-to-market strategy by contributing to customer and partner engagement, product promotions, and sales initiatives
• Work closely with clients and channel partners to understand their business needs and help them leverage HP’s Printing and Personal Systems solutions to achieve their goals
• Participate in planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting new business development efforts aligned with HP’s strategic direction
• Engage actively in structured learning opportunities including sales and leadership training, mentorship sessions, and performance feedback to build commercial and interpersonal competencies
• Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to compile, analyze, and present sales data, customer insights, and market feedback to internal stakeholders to support decision-making

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
